Theo focuses on the specific hamster. [RANDOM.org derps out, so I call pass] A bad tempered hamster, looking just like the other hamster but a bit groggy, attempts to bite Alex's shoe. It misses.
Theo takes the paper, pulls out his own pen and writes:Yup, this is the one. What now?

Alex scribbles back You don't have to write, I can hear you. Well, ideally you leave it hanging around for a while, and/or try to summon something else. If you can have multiple things summoned at once, they can be altered by my fleshshaping, and they remain indefinitely... Well, the prospects are endless!

Excellent. I doubt she would mind, depending on what was done to it. Are there any summons you hold a grudge against?

"Depends on grudge. If you mean, won't summon under any circumstances ever, then no, but when said summons might be able to level a castle in seconds, I can get a bit wary in certain situations.

No, I meant more along the lines of one that you wouldn't mind seeing lose a lot of weight.

"Cats. But hey, I assume you need biomass. Plenty of dumb muscle I could summon."

I was thinking specifically of borrowing biomass from one, and adding it to another. Then seeing what happens when one or both is unsummoned, resummoned, etc.

"From what I know about my powers, summoning is a form of indirect creature-based teleportation. So changes will most likely be persistent, if that is what you are trying to find out. The way it works for me: I focus on the creature I want to appear, will it to appear, and with any luck, everything goes my way. But if you want to see for yourself, I suggest testing it on a farmable grazer. Cows or pigs, say."

"Better, now that the healer actually came."

Alex gives a brief nod, then spins around with a thin smile in place, shooting a momentary glare at Meme then shifting to direct the smile at Angel.
"Well, since I suppose it would be unfair to punish you so for a single mistake, so soon after such a traumatic experience as your turning and so new to your... abilities, I will retract my statement about not permitting you to take part in my experiments. Besides, it would be unfair to whoever else ended up having to substitute. However, I'm not going to use the more... limited supply for it, so it may take a while before I am ready to proceed. In the mean time, please refrain from attempting to mind-rape others and remember my earlier point about retribution."

Angel nods vigorously.


Angel pats Angerus on the head, glances at a clock, and makes a mental note to ask Angerus about his religion/government.
"Thanks, Angerus." She hops off the bed and starts to look for Darnos. When she finds him, she says:
"Um, hi Darnos. Sorry...sorry for what I did..."

"I didn't mean to! I just...wanted to make you nicer to me, so maybe you could be nicer to other people. I didn't want to enthrall you or anything, I didn't know I could do that! I'm sorry, I didn't...I didn't want to hurt you...but I did. And I was just trying to help..."

'Well, my reasoning for this is that highly intelligent creatures are often less than pleased to be appearing in front of me, suggesting that they have other existences besides trying to kill me. I'm not sure where they come from. Could be physical manifestations of my mind, I dunno. No real way to check."

Meme wakes up groggily, rubbing her eyes a little before looking around and not seeing Angel. She decides to go look for her, shaking the last of her sleep away.

"M-m-maybe shes... sh-shes at the... the library...?" Selina suggests as they continue to search for Nikki.

After the pat Angerus stands up and goes to find some other people, his job done. He seems to cursing under his breathe at Darnos: aka that "CHICKENSHIT MOTHERFUCKER!" who could do shit like that to a little girl.
