A few minutes after Angel feeds from him, Darnos loses all strength in his body as the Venom in his veins circulates through his veins. His mind struggles to comprehend a sudden and violent paradigm shift as the venom attempts to do its work on a mind totally incapable of having such work done to it.

[diff 125: 70, Major Failure (not Critical, but still pretty bad)] Darnos gains a Minor Intimacy toward Angel. He is incapable of willfully doing her harm and suffers a -20 penalty to any rolls to resist her influence. Any Talents which affect mind control automatically succeed against him if Angel is the one using them.

YOU MUST acquire your own strength, if you wish to one day succeed me, or even survive on your own in this world.

Perhaps that was a bit much, Marik thinks to himself after the Gate closes. But what choice do I have. After Are's training, he got even weaker, and even he doesn't acquire the will to be an Overlord, at least he may have a peaceful life there. Marik sighs again sadly

((Due to my imminent departure on a camping trip for 10 days, I'm setting some priorities for Darnos here.))

Stay in secluded corners of the school. Move around constantly and try not to be seen.
Continue attempts to search for a cure (He doesn't know it's futile).
Eat meals, again, in seclusion.
Don't interact with ANYONE save Theo, and only if Theo is alone. If he's alone, only figure out if he's figured out a cure yet. If not, scurry back to a secluded place.
Attempt to feel anger towards Angel periodically.
Attempt to be angry at the taking away of part of free will.
Talk to HERR DOKTOR at one point to figure out if he knows a cure.
