((I just went on a reading spree to catch up with the 28 pages that have appeared and when I finally catch up, Emp is offline... then gain, I have to leave again soon for an hour or two...))
Victoria approaches Selina, melancholy becoming rather evident in her expression.
"I'm really sorry I couldn't intervene... I really am useless aren't I?"
"I-i-i-i-its... o-o-o-okay... Y-y-y-your not... not u-u-uselss..." Selina looks very shaken still, trying to calm down.
"*sigh* there were things I wanted to do, things I've learned over the course of a millennia..."
"L-l-l-like what...?" Selina looks rather curious now, calming down a little.
"Things related to my job ...I... just don't know anymore... whether staying near you is something I should do..."
Selina isn't sure what to say, stunned by what Victoria is saying.
"I can't change who I am... I'm a killer... Please, if we do remain as we are, promise me that if I ever go out of control,"
"that you'll kill me..."
"I... I... I c-c-c-couldn't... couldn't do that..." Selina hugs Victoria tightly, hoping to make her feel better. She then lays down on Victoria's bed when she goes into the hall, trying to think of ways to make Victoria happy.
"I'm really sorry for what happened earlier, I'm not used to having to control my emotions... I'm really sorry if what I said upset or frightened you... I'm trying to get myself under control, but it might take a while" Victoria softly kisses Selina.
Selina slowly kisses back, (18, 4) wrapping her arms around Victoria but then accidently falling backwards onto the bed again, her eyes going wide in surprise!
