"Well, I'm gonna leave soon. Is there anything you would like me to do before I leave? Also do you have any recommendations for classes I should try and convince my team to take?"
((The having all of a team take a course thing is kind of silly in my opinion.))

((Mostly it's to foster a team spirit and shit since you're going to be stuck with them for four years.))

"Well, obviously, Hunting and Beastmastery. I hear they have the most awesome teacher ever."
