Victoria doesn't really see too much of an issue with the current state of affairs, but nevertheless, she moves in between Selina and Alex to try and calm down the former and question the latter.

"She didn't notice what you said. She thinks she did something to offend you, now." Isaac is talking more normal now, still sound sincere.

"Can you please warn us next time? It's a bit startling."

"Oh, right, sorry. For future reference, if you see me smell someone, it's probably an infiltration check."

"H-h-how does... does smelling me... me help...?" Selina looks very worried, moving closer to Victoria.

"Well, if he does manage to transform into a person he'll probably smell like they do naturally, but he's unlikely to get the other smells that build up on someone as they live: stuff like the soap they use, people they spend time with, that sort of thing. So I'm memorising that for future reference."

[Empiricist]

"But why would he try to turn into Selina?"

[RangerCado]

"J-j-just... d-d-don't hurt her... i-i-if she is... a-a-attracted to... to you feeding..." Selina holds Victoria's hand, squeezing it to try and calm down.
"T-t-t-transform... i-i-into me...!? H-h-h-he can... can do that...?" Selina seems more intrigued than angry.

[Corsair]

Surt bangs on the gate to the school waiting while he stands there in his furs which were bone white from volcanic ash

"HELLO?!...."

Surt just sits there waiting looking mildly embarrassed as he remembers having to dig through several meters of pumice & basalt after his most brilliant choice to deal with a avalanche "Easily", because causing a minor eruption is a REALLY easy thing to manage... well it was just a bit too easy....

Kyle reaches into his bag before realizing he's done.
"Well, I'm gonna leave soon. Is there anything you would like me to do before I leave? Also do you have any recommendations for classes I should try and convince my team to take?"
((The having all of a team take a course thing is kind of silly in my opinion.))

[SOLDIER First]

"Like her self confidence needs another hit.."
Lyle runs back to the dining hall, sliding into the table.
"Ow! Jeez, these floors are slippery.." (blah blah I edited because I thought I was metagaming and can't remember what I put here so you get this instead)

Isaac walks back into the dining hall calmly and bows as he enters the room.
"Anyways, where were we?"

"...Y-y-you'd transform into... into me to... to help me...? Awww!" Selina picks up Lyle and hugs him to her face, looking happy.

[Empiricist]

"See? It isn't that bad Lyle, please wait for us to react before you run off again."

Isaac stands a few feet behind Selina and mouths the words 'Your welcome' to Lyle. Then sits down.

"But why would he try to turn into Selina?"

"He started talking about how if he turned into people he could do "stuff they're too nervous to do for them" and then when we objected he ran off after saying "I meant more Se-". Why he'd think it's a good idea is beyond me, but I'm pretty sure he's thinking about it."

"T-t-t-transform... i-i-into me...!? H-h-h-he can... can do that...?" Selina seems more intrigued than angry.

"I don't know, and I don't think he does either, but this is a school for magic."

"Like her self confidence needs another hit.."
Lyle runs back to the dining hall, sliding into the table.
"Ow! Jeez, these floors are slippery.. Sorry I ran away, guys, I thought I said something really stupid."

"Personally I think you did, but if Selina is happy with it..."
Alex shrugs.

[SOLDIER First]

"Wh-"

Victoria gently strokes Lyle's fur.
