Mostly it has notes on what you already know, as well as some basic theory on how blood magic works on the metaphysical level, namely by tapping into the body's own reserves of energy as well as that provided by one's Spirit.

((Oh, and the Wolf has the same +10 to agility stats as the Cat form, though it trades 5 of that Dex for a corresponding boost in END. also, another +1 to MAG. Yes, skills get raised fast as fuck.))
