Selina (DC 12 roll to spot) can be spotted trying not to look the at the succubuses chest, failing a couple times though hard to tell at the distance.

She doesn't seem to mind in the least. in fact when Selina stares at it, they tend to 'accidentally' bounce a little for her.

For one thing, how do you even know that's what they actually do? Also, even if they do they might be able to do something else too! Also also, how do you know either party is interested? For all you know they could both be in committed relationships! Plus what if removing your soul turned you boring!"
