Daphne has been put on warning, as is Achille. Since the Alcris sisters technically didn't do anything, they are absolved of blame.

Arthur walks in see what was going on. He seemed quite jovial and amused.

"They have been the most uncooperative parents I've had to deal with all night. It was all I could do not to go down and slap her myself. I can see why Mrs Alcris did so.

That and the paperwork I had to fill out gives me headaches. I already had to run the Metamagic and Thoughtforms tables."

Nikki laughs at her.

"I very much doubt that. Should I check Selina's memory? Pretty sure you beat her...by a long shot. By hitting Selina. Oh, and watch your language, young lady!"

THE teleports them home.

"Some time, remind me to tell you about Waylan the Red. He sent his nephew here, and...well, Parent's Night was very interesting. And the paperwork...that took weeks. The Headmistress doesn't work well with belligerent heads of state."

Nikki "accidentally" forgets to get around to that. Within the week, Selina's parents discover that the school is suing them for disrupting Parent's Night. Two days later, before they could do much more than organize their case, they are arrested, awaiting trial for child abuse, neglect, breaking and entering, and other charges. Leading the prosecution is one of the Academy's top lawyers.
