Ignoring the giggling, he sends one stream of magic to a point high up in the gate, attempting to break it horizontally along those lines, and another about halfway down from where he makes the initial fracture.

The bird pushes into the gears and manages to get them rolling. This unfortunately destroys the bird because gears crush, yo. The gate slides away and Mcclay starts writing up the flavor post in between working on a paper.

Isaac walks through the door.

Isaac gives Selina a warm smile.

"I... er... th-th-th-thanks..." Selina is still pretty nervous.

"So why'd you come here, exactly? If you don't mind me asking."

"Um... A-a-a-angel... er... y-y-yours... um... b-b-b-bit me... um... a-a-and it w-w-was... l-lasting..." Selina is trying to not look at Angel for fear of going after... and the kiss was still on her mind. Why had she kissed her!?!?!? (1200)

"Ah. Say no more. I understand the whole vampire venom thing. You could try to see the nurses back at the academy... they might have some sort of cure for it."
Isaac comfortingly pats his hand on Selina's shoulder rather softly.
