((I suppose the main issue is of course, Jason.
Charge: Three counts of murder. Premeditated.
Mitigating Factors: He was bullied by the victims. The situation was the result of the actions of the victims, though they didn't know that it would happen.
Aggravating Factors: He killed all three of the damn bastards. In front of people. Including a five year-old. He coerced the witnesses via threats to keep silent about it. He could have told members of staff rather than murdering people willy-nilly.
Additional Consideration: A death penalty would erase him from existence.))
