Catherine grins, and then calls up a small coil of water, and sends it spiraling along the neck of the dummy, and partially into it. And then... [!100!+13] The water coil freezes, and pretty much snaps the head off.
"Huh. Maybe I went a bit too far there... Note to self: Don't do that. Maybe freezing the person's body would work, instead."

He walks over to a punching bag and begins working on his technique.

Isaac punches the bag several times very quickly, but one throw was a bit too slow.

Selina finds Cyrielle in their apartment and thanks the nurse for taking care of her. She then proceeds to cuddle her as happily, but carefully, as possible.

It begins glowing dimly as it circles his hand, slowly climbing up his arm.

I'm guessing you're charging the magic to make a more powerful discharge? I always saw that as a bit unfun, but then who am I to talk with these clothes of mine?

"Correct."

The aura suddenly emits harmless maroon electricity and it engulfs Isaac's arm in a fiery looking aura. His eyes are glowing brightly.

I suppose I might as well test these things out. It's not as if I've used them before.
Darnos pulls a glove out of his back pocket and slips it on.

"One last charge...."

The aura is now engulfing both of his arms.
He discharges the overcharge, causing him to surge forward at a group of dummies. His arms are now rugged spikes that seem to have other spikes coming off of them. They look like a rock material almost. He slices at the dummies as he surges forward, slicing all of them in half.
"Heheheh..."

Next, Isaac hits the button for the disks twelve times. He unloads the rest of the charges at the disks. He's breathing heavy.
"Yeah, still not quite fully rested from doing this 3 times before during the mission. One of which made a construct clone of Selina."

Meanwhile, Construct!Selina is with Selina because why not?

Catherine watches the display, and looks impressed.
"That's pretty cool, I'd say. Now then. Time for me to put my ah... experiments to the test!"
She pulls the bits of ice and water towards her, and it thaws.

Then, the water flows through the air, into her hand, and it forms a strange looking rapier. As in, it is sort of still liquid. But then it freezes. She takes a stance with the Icy Rapier, and then proceeds to strike at a dummy several times. It pierces the dummy like a normal sword would, and... no wait, that's it. No special magical bits besides just being more durable than normal ice is, and is a bit lighter.

"Oh... er... h-h-hello um... wh-what should I c-call you... o-other me...?" Selina is a little confused but alright.
