"According to this mission briefing I've been handed, the upperclassmen are to protect the perimeter around the rift. As the freshmen have had less casualties, they are being sent through the rift."
Hecate's and Circe's eyes widen.

Sam does a double take.
"You.. you're what..?"

"This rift is at least two miles across by now. We do not have time to consult.

Starting immediately, you will all head to the armory to recieve your gear, and then prepare to be sent off to Murburgh. Upperclassmen, dismissed."
All the freshmen are called to briefing after the upperclassmen leave.

Ashley gives Sam a look as if she could read her thoughts. Oh wait, she can.

"Breifing? I wonder what for."

Medea nods, packs up her stuff, and heads off.

Isaac walks into the briefing room after all the Upperclassmen leave.

He goes off to get his gear, including a crossbow, a sword, and a derringer-like weapon that fires needles.

Angel is confused but worried as she enters briefing.

Angerus heads to the briefing.

Lyle is at the breifing.
He might possibly notice Sam as the upperclasspeople leave.

"I hope you realize he's head over heels for someone else. Might wanna give up on him."
Cue Isaac walking in after that was said.
