After all that, he looks up. He seemed not even realize he was rambling on about this.

Victoria continued eating her food slowly, slightly embarrassed by Selina's praise. She never thought anything positive about herself, there simply wasn't any point in praising oneself and likely becoming overconfident. Her self-doubt more or less ensured that simply existing could be considered as agonizing torture by human standards, though thankfully, she wasn't human. Actually no, not thankfully, if she was human, she wouldn't do it since her mind wouldn't be amorphous enough to recover quickly.

Selina ate her meal happily with Victoria, enjoying the taste.

"W-well, It tastes great..." Selina gives Victoria a light hug as she ate, looking quite happy.

"Thanks..." Victoria seems to still be reluctant to accept any praise at all. Though she still smiles cheerfully in return. Come to think of it, the cafeteria at the school would probably have expensive foods and drinks such as these...
