Quick note everyone;

Motions can't be proposed or seconded or voted against or anything like that, because there is an emperor, and all we can do is suggest stuff to him, advise him, and hope he chooses the one we want.

We can propose motions but only the emperor can make them pass, and any support/opposition we give these motions is simply a statement of opinion. That's what I was doing, since I assume the emperor will not pass an edict which a majority of his archons despise.

Also, I failed to implement a minor Immigration rule, which I've now added in.  When a world is specialised, immigration adds 1 random specialist to the owner's pool.  In this case, the Dapparens get 1 free Psionics specialist.

hmm now im curious, say i am at war with somebody on the rift. And i conquer one of his Worlds...what then? apparently i can't have it...so do i have to obliterate the planet?

since this had been forgotten. I am curious as to what i am supposed to do with worlds i conquered from an Archon in another Sector.



and another Question:

Would it be possible to create Imperial Offices with Worlds attached? Similiar to the Imperial Demesne? For example:

Imperial Spymaster: 2 Intelligence Hub Worlds in the Rift, 1 Propaganda Center in the Core...

I suspect it's an error in the OP - as an Oni house I should start with labourers rather than engineers.

I was making plans and noted that Forgeworlds seem to require "5 Labor" to build.

I can't find any rules on Labor.

Typo, or am I missing something?

Labour specialists are one of the four kinds of specialists.

Any species specializing in labour gets 8 to start off with.  There's also a 1/4 chance of getting one from each general world, or you always get one from a forge world, or you can choose to get one from an academy.

Also, question: For academies, am I right in thinking that you can:
- Convert a world to an academy for 5 specialists of each type
- Re-generalize it, returning 3 specialists of each type
And be left with a world that produces one of each type of specialist per quarter?

I don't see the math there. -5L-5E-5M-5P + 3L+3E+3M+3P = -2L-2E-2M-2P doesn't it? (so you would lose 2 per quarter, not gain 1. )
