(Hey Rag.
What equipment did I get apart from the shield ring?)
I'm curious as to the same. I took the same two swords Angel had last time if they're available, or two different swords if not; the same throwing knives as last time if available and new ones if not; and new armor and a new pistol. And the shield ring.
"So? it's not chain male, it's solid iron. It can withstand bullets."
Uh, no it can't.
1. It's spelled "chain ma
il".
2. Increasingly heavy and all-covering plate was made because bullets (and often arrows, for that matter) pierced the simpler stuff; it was abandoned because newer guns were firing bullets that still penetrated.
((Pretty sure that metal can withstand a few bullets.))
Not well.
((Pretty sure that metal can withstand a few bullets.))
(( It can. If anything, it's better than chain mail which at least 1 person is wearing ))
Against bullets, that's not saying much.
((Chainmail is actually BETTER for absorbing impact. I think. Also, enchants.))
Depends on the impact and what you're wearing underneath. Against slashes and weaker stabs, it's definitely superior. Bashes and stronger stabs, plate all the way.
And yeah, magic throws all of this off.
((Invoking hatred in a god of war? I can live with that.))
Not for long.
You're in the middle of a frikkin' war!
The headmistress is also a murderous loli vampire who pretends to be all evil but consistently fails to be really that villainous?
Huh.
The Headmistress is a loli?
News to me.
I'm still alive!
Wheewwwwww
Don't get too comfy...

Anyways. Angel's finally being dumped headfirst into the hell of war after staring into the abyss for days.
...Wait...Hell...Abyss...oh forget it.
