((Well, this is a transport concept I had for a game I'm planning in just over a year... I'm not entirely sure how well this meshes into the setting though it is designed for a flying islands over magical core setting, so hopefully it'll be fine.))
The continuous streaming pillar of magma softly solidified with a gentle hiss in front of the ship, muffled by the numerous small bodies of water present aboard the transport. Silently, the segments of the platform behind them crumbled and fell away, doubtlessly to be melted once more in the core and resummoned to the front of the vessel. Perhaps 'vessel' wasn't the most appropriate term, it was a small island really, enchanted to break away parts it's rear before recycling the summoning it back at the front, similar to a cellular automaton pattern really. The caldera-like structure was filled with water kept to a pleasantly warm temperature by the lava, of course barriers were in place to ensure that its passengers didn't fall off during a swim. Floating on the lake-like mass of water was an elegant structure of fine marble combined with more modern, advanced construction materials. It was upon this formation that Selina and Victoria quietly rested as the unit closed in on its destination.

Sounds like a cross between a house boat, a cruise ship, and a small island. Which flies.

It's actually based off of cellular auotomata 'spaceship' patterns in that it's a repeating pattern that destroys and recreates parts of itself to propagate.

Anyone know how long a honeymoon on average lasts? I'm guessing about 2 or 3 days but no one has ever told me exactly.

8 days on average as of 2010. That's why I made sure to include stuff like phones and whatnot so that they can still communicate with other PCs.

So they'll be there for the next week? Thats gonna be a lot of romance RP.

Yeah. Thankfully they can get contacted if interesting stuff happens with the other characters.

Wait, mcclay is running a mission on friday... this honeymoon is going to be cut short it seems. And Selina may not be able to go because of pregnancy.

[Empiricist]

Or they'll just be on the honeymoon and not be there. Probably in the panic of the mission, people will broadcast on the open channel so Selina and Victoria's honeymoon will be perturbed by combat reports and swearing...

I really want Selina and Vicky on the mission. Selina needs to learn that war is hell~

Yeah, but it would happen anyway once they start hearing the combat reports via bracelet and use them to observe the situation. Would bring quite a few feelings of helplessness and futility as they try to remotely assist, knowing that they can't intervene...

Well, we can bring an old feature of the bracelets back though, the ability to help reinforce others mental defences.

But seeing someone get shot right next to you is so much more...how do I put this...More like Life is saying "Bite the pillow, I'm going in dry."

Perhaps, but when you have a character who feels useless in combat and another one who blames herself for various occurrences constantly, harming their friends while they're away on their honeymoon, incapable of intervening could cause even greater feelings of uselessness in the former and guilt in the latter...
