I don't think Victoria's armor had that mod on it. I believe it was just fwooshie and weird-colored. Also due to her Blue and Orange Morality she wouldn't be affected by that mod anyway, yeah.

Also also even if she DID she wouldn't have the same reason for the evil-making in the armor.

It was supposed to drive it's user insane slowly. I concur that it probably wouldn't affect Victoria though considering she drives herself insane temporarily anyway to hold multiple conversations.

Hi, Dark Angels here with Power Armour and Habits!
(Black Templars and several others also work, plus apparently Space Marines have a habit of wearing robes when not in armour, probably for the monk parallels.)
