The fear that Angel will hallucinate and dnace naked and stuff if she gets too close to Kyle is a major obstacle in any attempted friendship between the two.

If I recall correctly, they do, it's just underdeveloped and nonfunctionl due to puberty being screwed up.

So. I notice that Angel is not in any of the ships Elf has been suggesting. This is usually good, but there is a pretty well-supported Angel ship that is pretty uncreepy!
