Just for reference, in the RTD roll I did for the piece of paper. A one would have resulted in Victoria accidentally unsheathing her throwing knives. A six would have been Selina's most recent picture...

But Angerus was the Chariot and Richard is currently the Emperor.

Well it's relatively free-form and if characters continued doing the same things without variation from the inherent randomness thus reducing activity due to the lack of events generated by said randomness. Plus things would be quite different. Isaac's insanity wouldn't have been revealed, Selina would be shy and probably still in the closet, Victoria would be a psychopathic murderer who kills for her own amusement, and no one would be able to lie or fail at lying convincingly.
