So what level of death and despair can I expect from this? Similar to Magia when it's revving up the Troll Dice, or something less severe?

Fcuk.

The enemies are about ten times more powerful than them and are incredibly difficult to kill.

Give me a level that I understand here, compared to a level 20 muchkin of a 3.5 edition DnD wizard with every side book possible, how powerful we talking?

Given that with a permissive enough DM, that essentially equates to "INFINITE POWAH!" I'm going to assume significantly less.

Those enemies last session were actually fairly weak. You haven't fought a rock giant yet. Or a sky shark, those are fun.

Can't give you something on that scale, but the cannon fodder enemies can take a tank shell to the balls and just get kinda peeved at you.

And then tear you into little giblets.

At that level, you can just Gate in creatures that have Wish as an ability and screw everything. We probably aren't that powerful.

EDIT: Nevermind, ninjaed by GM.

Yeah there's a reason why you have seven people in a group that normally fights a single one of these canon fodder enemies.

Though the first couple missions aren't quite that suck, since you're freshmen and they need to get you eased in first.

Plenty of other jobs that need doing besides fighting those things.

What I'm really concerned with is how far my regen abilities come into play.

Like can I regenerate from a single cell, do I need me some brain intact, can I create multiple copies of myself like a starfish?

Most of those seem like they would make death pretty pointless/impossible for your character.

Well it's powered by magic, presumably, so theres the limits right there. After a while it just runs out. Also if you just atomize everything.

Also I don't think regeneration covers drowning.

Though I have plans for that too. Namely seeing if there are runes (If any) for magic regeneration or absorption or such.

I'd hazard a guess that you have to have enough of you intact to actually call into use your magic powers to regenerate, which presumably means you can regenerate from pretty much anything as long as you're somewhat conscious.
