The time thing works, it just wouldn't work like you stated. How fast something SEEMS to go doesn't change its actual velocity.

For example, a time-slowed punch still hits just as hard, it just takes longer to do it.

So far, it seems like Selina makes sense as a Tech, and Kyle, since his powers are so random it could come out as Support or Combat...
