Also, what is "d" that you use in rolls?

basically d(A number) is a dice with that many sides.

Or in this case 2d10 with each one being one digit.

A d6 is a standard 6-sided die. 3d6 is three standard 6-sided dice rolled at the same time, with their values totalled.
