Wow. This is definitely one of the coolest things I've seen on these forums. Congratulations you two!

You now MUST hold a dwarven wedding.

The brides beard must have wedding-knots for this occasion. I demand pictures of a decent dwarven-wedding-bride-knot in her beard!

Congratulations.

No no no, a Dwarven wedding is a party held around the traditional Microcline table :D

I want Simon Swerwer to provide the party music on your wedding("The Tankard Basher" for example).

Extremely dwarfy.

Congratulations to you! For my part, I think it's awesome that your girlfriend chose this method to propose (indeed, that she proposed is cool in and of itself!) and that Toady took the time to lend a hand in this. I wish you all the best, Beefmo and Dwarfette.

Congratulations you two, this is beyond awesome.

I can see the artifact wedding cake with an image of dwarves encrusted on it. The cake is menacing with spikes of pure love.

Clearly, our top dwarven scientists are hard at work creating a new breed of SUPER WAGON that can survive being scuttled by enemy wagonmancers! These new super wagon troopers will be able to carry TWICE the cargo, be 1/3 the size, and NEVER scuttle!

Not a chance. I have a grown daughter and we don't want more babies. We're too old for that.

You could always rename her to Urist. Urist McDaughter has a nice ring to it, I feel.

I'm really sorry I lied to you about wanting to learn to play! But it was for a good cause. I hope you find it in you to forgive me :) <4
Ha! I remember your thread in Life Advice! Good thing your fiance didn't pay attention to the lower boards. :P
