History: New Luxembourg started with a MAG in Luxenbourg, which quickly discovered themselves to be the most prosperous group of survivors. Transitioning from survival-group to new-nation wasn't easy, especially as the group now calling itself New Luxembourg tried to adapt its leadership into a government fitting their ideals. People flocked to the new nation, hoping for security and whatnot; they weren't overly disappointed. In 2020, the leaders finally finalized an electoral system whereby New Luxembourg is divided into a number of Districts, each with one representative to the New Luxembourg Legislative Organization, or the High Council as some informally call it. The NLLO is composed of about a dozen individuals, who have to get a 2/3 majority to pass or change laws and a unanimous vote to change the New Luxembourg constitution. They can, however, select one of their members to act as Supreme Organizer in times of war; in such a case, measures he supports are valid unless a 2/3 majority of the others disagrees.
