Culture-sensitive? Most fantasy culture stuff (books, games etc.) portray dragons as either monsters who terrorize on purpose or by their nature.

PROPOGANDA! NOTHING BUT PROPOGANDA!

((Likely. This thread is going to be filled with roleplay thing on top of the game itself anyways, plus we have waitlisters))

Put me up on that waitlist, will you?

Also:

((Do we need an OOC thread :P This is getting a bit much guys))

No OOC thread needed, I would say. OOC threads are dangerous for a game's health.

((Not when they're packed with waitlisters they don't.

At least maybe have a Waitlister thread where we just remark on current events and things like that?))

Kyle:
You throw a rock at the wolf. (3-1(poor equipment)) The rock bounces off the his side. He is barely affected by your throw.

Walter:
You charge in to bash the wolf with your shield. (5-1(poor equipment)) You hit him in the head, stunning him momentarily.

Holly:
You cast a Ward of Protection on the others. (5-1(poor equipment)) They are encircled by a green aura and receive -1 damage for the rest of the turn.

Tychus:
You search the tome for useful potions. (2-1(poor equipment)) You flip through the tome frantically, finding nothing. Oddly enough, this wolf is enraged by the sound of the pages.

Lone Wolf:
The Lone Wolf is enraged! (6+1(rage)) He becomes a ball of fury and shoots over Tychus's head. He flies into a tree and knocks himself unconscious.

Turn 3:
Well, that was...interesting. Now you see the problem with cheap adventuring equipment. The wolf is still lying there, out-cold on the dirt path.

What are you going to do?

((Supposing they were to try and make leather, would it be of better/equal/worse quality to their current equipment? I'm betting worse due to lack of skill but you never know. Also even if taming the dragon appeared to work, it would almost certainly betray you later, even if the taming was magic based. Need I remind you that dragons, as magical creatures likely have resistance to well, magic. Or I could just be giving the gm ideas if they weren't before. Also ptw.))
Edit: ((Heheheh. Wonder if the wolf would use up food reserves.))

((What?))

Help Cheesecake make the leash, then tie it to the wolf and give it to Kyle. Keep a protection ward on Kyle in case that wolf decides to thrash him when he wakes up. Make sure you're not standing close to me when the bugger wakes up.

((Yeah, the leash will keep him from running away, but it won't stop him from mauling the shit out of you.))
