Alos Wrex's character.

I suppose I haven't asked you yet Willfor, but are you letting Chameleon be available to changelings (per Adaptation a the bottom of this)?

Edit: Also, is the flaw/trait thing 2 total, or 2 of each?

And it looks like I'll be our rogue-like, so I guess disable device, search, and open lock are in for me. Unfortunately, I don't have enough skill points. So someone with a wisdom bonus will need to have max ranks in Spot and Listen, thank you very much.

Wait, I think I don't need open lock if someone has Knock.

1) Yes.

2) 2 of each.

Aha! I did miss some.

Araph: Beatstick+Wizardry
Remuthra: Meatstick
Redwarrior0: Skill Monkey
Taricus: Beatstick
Wrex: Beatstick+Dragon
Tryrar: Tankmage
Barbarossa: Magician

Not bad at all. I'm not sure of the status of kj1225 and GreatWyrmGold, but that brings us up to 9 instead of 7.

Question for Willfor: What's the situation with the PC races in this world? Standard fantasy segregated-but-mostly-friendly, everyone lives together, most people are human...?

Aww, I was going to be the guy to check for traps :P.

I'm considering an attack plan involving throwing other players. How would that work within the game?

Also, how many are you planning on accepting, Willfor?

I think you can aid a jump check with that, DM fiat may be required. However, if you want a mechanical answer to your question, become a hulking hurler. Please don't get 90 strength, because then you can literally throw the empire state building. (If the Empire State Building were made out of lead and gravity.) It's not a well-written class.

Quote from: Really Throw Anything (Ex):
A hulking hurler gains the Throw Anything feat (described in Chapter 3 of this book) as a bonus feat. However, since a hulking hurler depends on brute strength more than skill, he can throw anything (not just weapons) he can lift as a light load. If the item is an improvised weapon, he takes a —2 penalty on his attack roll instead of the normal —4. Use the rules in Chapter 4 of this book to determine the amount of damage the thrown weapon does.

The range increment of a thrown weapon or improvised weapon wielded by a hulking hurler is 10 feet + 5 feet per size category the hulking hurler is beyond Large (this is a modification of the Throw Anything feat).

Powerful Build qualifies you for Fling Ally, too. This is a much more sane method.

That is amazing. I now know what I'm getting for my next feat.

It's amazing how good the party is. I thought for sure we would have more neutral alignments in play.

My favorite part is that it gives you bonuses for the 'racial ability to throw rocks', as if there are some races that can't do it.  :P

EDIT: Sometimes I play neutral characters, but Neutral Good fits my play style pretty well for most characters. Besides, we have a paladin to deal with.  ;D

Do you know what the best part about my character is? He is immune to almost all of the multitude of enemies with Improved Grab.

EDIT: Yeah, I intend to make a Fascist Paladin. To counterbalance this, he is Lawful Stupid and easily manipulated.

kj1225, I'd recommend the Pathguy 3.5 generator. It walks you through everything in a pretty solid pattern.

Pathguy 3.5

@Remuthra - Nobody is immune to chokers. Nobody.

Do I really have 120 points? Or is the program wrong.
Very unfinished sheet.

EDIT: Yeah, I intend to make a Fascist Paladin. To counterbalance this, he is Lawful Stupid and easily manipulated.

So far, the only two defined personalities I know of in our party are a fascist paladin and a sardonic drunkard. Should be an interesting game. :P

Speaking of the alcoholic, his backstory is done, he has a theme to his magic, and I made a picture.
After his true love turned out to be not-so-true, he fell into depression, dropped out of his apprenticeship to a well-known wizard, and took up drinking as his new pastime. Joining this adventuring group is his way out of his cycle of drinking away his sorrows, taking on one-time, occasionally-criminal jobs to fuel his alcoholism, and drinking some more. (It's a lot better written on his character sheet.)

His whole set of abilities are wind/air/storm themed. His weapons of choice are two war fans (hey, he's a Kyoshi Warrior now!), his domain (domain wizard class variant) is storms, and he knows as many air-themed spells as I could find.

Do I really have 120 points? Or is the program wrong.
Very unfinished sheet.
Did you save what you had on that sheet? Because it looks blank to me.

What part of character creation are you having trouble with? We can probably help if we know what specifically is the problem.
