It would be amazing if some time in the future "main quest" would be procedurally generated too :D. Then every game would be unique.

I hope to see more of a "main quest dictated by what happened" though. Like, you find mentioning of a grand treasure and scout multiple islands to find deatails about the map. Then you go and get the treasure. But BAMM, a dreadful curse! Then you look for a way to dispel it. Something like that. You can decide not to look for treasure and do something else, or not to disable curse and become a cursed ship like Flying Hollander... Man am I dreaming too much? :D
That would just be so awesome and piraty! :D

You guys have good ideas! We will definetly look something up!

I want to show you a new screenshot that shows new improved water shader & Tree/Plant Shader that has black gradient on the ground, i think it helps to see difference in sprites

That looks like shadows under trees, great job. Also darker trunks lessen the obviousness of "thick 1 pixel outlines" of trunks, so trees definitely look better now. Also, gotta love the reflections.

Playing Payday 2 last night made me think of something regarding gun shots.

The sfx should really have an echo, you know? It adds a ton to the depth of the sound when you can hear your shot echoing into the distance. Might not be so great when there are 30 pirates firing black powder pistols at each other....but it seemed to sound pretty great in PD2 with 4 players and 100 cops firing 100 rounds per minute each.

Its kinda silly to complain that a friendly NPC isn't a well designed boss fight.

Also, the game looks tongue-in-cheek enough that perhaps the description should also have some tongue-in-cheekness as well :)
Maybe have some tongue-in-cheekness? Nonono.
It should have its tongue thrust so far into its cheek that the tongue comes out of the other side in an explosion of humour and cheek-flesh.

EDIT: For echoes, what would the sounds be echoing off of? For the most part you're going to be on sandy beaches surrounded by water.

Jorji Costava is proud to be approaching entry to glorious nation of Arstotska.

Okay actually I only just today found out that the full game had been released. Even from the demo though, Jorji still left a pretty strong impression on me.

Best character is best character. Unless they added more actual characters. Then maybe they managed to somehow surpass Jorji (I doubt it).

I still haven't played the game so there's no way I'm reading that spoiler. I am right now typing while staring down at my keyboard so I don't see your words in the reply window.

The red and green one looks horrifically deadly.
