While I"m not totally off of this, I would like to know this.

Is there a way for lower graphical settings so that people who aren't able to run it at the best graphic options are able to run it quicker.

Not to be condescending or anything though if it sounds like it.

That's not condescending in the least friend! I believe you can lower the resolution and graphics settings when launching the game (the unity command box)
