As far as I know Tropico 4 is more about the economics and Port Royale is more about the actual ships.

Well the giveaways are more of a coalition between GamersGate.com and Pixel Piracy. As I'm the content/adquisitions manager of one and the producer of the other all I'm doing is acting as a messenger in this case
