Berlin, Turkey
A video would have been received by email or messenger to each of the respective leaders. If played, it would show a video of the Prime Minister of the Indian Empire speaking, dressed in fine clothes at sitting in a quality, if simple, chair.
"Good leaders of the new world. I have heard your cries of outrage against my actions towards Eastern Russia. But what would you have me do? Would you have me abandon my ally, as you would not do? Let our partners be annihilated while we stand idly by, and wait for the beast to turn it's fangs on us? We cannot do that, just as you must honor your own commitments. But I plead of you, do not involve yourselves in this. Russia is the aggressor here, not I. If Russia were to withdraw, there would not even be conflict between the Grand Indian People's Army and theirs. We will, of course, reclaim Chinese lands for our friends, but we do not seek conquest. Focus your energies on your own lands; do not waste them on a war all the way across the continent. Even were you able to spend the troops, do you truly believe they would arrive in time to make a difference? The Indian Empire is not devoting all of it's effort to this war. We have troops stationed to respond to the threats you have made, purely as precautionary measures."
Here is where the video changes, for each leader. To Turkey, the following was said.
"We have peace now, and I would like to keep it that way. I am willing to overlook your threats, as rash responses to an ally's call for help. But why waste your efforts on the Empire's fortifications? You have 47 Tank Squadrons, and 83 Infantry Companies. We have more Tank Squadrons on the Eastern Front, assisting our ally, then you have in all of your empire. We have not gone to the effort of creating infantry, but we have more Infantry companies on guard duty in India alone than you do in your entire Empire. You have fewer Militia Companies than you do Infantry, by 20 Companies. We have more Militia than you do Infantry. It would be foolhardy to attempt an attack, and you, my friend, are no fool. The only area where you outstrip us is in Destroyers, but all of yours are in Malta. I do hope you see reason..."
In Germany, the following was said.
"We may technically be at war, but I have never seen Germany as an enemy. I hope we can be reasonable about this. On the European mainland, you have 79 Militia Companies, 18 Infantry Companies, 37 Tank Squadrons, 12 Bomber Squadrons, and 14 Air Transport Groups. You are mighty in air power, compared to most other nations, but in terms of man-power, you are lacking. This is not to be rude, simply an observation. On the front we share with Turkey and the neutral ground between, we have nearly double the number of Tank Squadrons, and our Infantry companies in India outnumber yours five to one. This is not a threat, simply stating the dynamics of power between our countries. It would be unwise to strike at us, even if you have air superiority in your region. I hope you can allow the Indian people to assist their ally and defend against the Russian threat without resorting to conflict between our countries."

I has spreadsheets now.
