//THIS GAME IS NOT DEAD~![/color]
//I may ditch any other suggestion game, but I am NOT leaving this one! NOT YET!You quickly react to the fiery threat and freeze the mad dwarf, enough to stop him from ravaging your lair while still keeping him alive. You had to leave him unconscious, so he will stay that way for a while.
In the meantime, a you notice a human-sized light blue orb leave the Goldenvale and fly into the air, ignoring any and all fire, cannonballs and magic the dwarven airships seemed to throw at it. When it's getting close to you, you can see an elf with ornate clothing inside, carrying a white scroll. Much whiter than the normal parchment scrolls that were made before your first demise. But that's not your biggest concern right now, as you can hear a telepathic voice in your head. This elf must be a mage, since he can speak telepathically, and it's not something that a puny peasant could do. Not with such finesse, anyway.
"
The Golden King of Dwarves, Jlez the Great Golden Wyrm (
//Read: Jay-lez)
is willing to meet with the Harbinger of Cold, Helchistrasza, in the Dragon Palace of Goldenvale City."
Jlez...You don't recognize the name itself, but you do know that it means "Blood" in Southern Draconic. And given his title, the Great Golden Wyrm, it must mean that he
is a dragon. Times did change. Back when the name Helchistrasza was a synonym of terror, dragons were mere predators, hunters, beasts. And now they control entire kingdoms.
Regardless, you agree to meet him. The elf, still under his safe magical shield, expanded the scroll, and various symbols written on it started to shine with light-blue light. Shortly after, all you could see was a bright, white flash, and after that, you were no longer on your remote flying island, but in a big throne room, with tall columns, red and yellow carpets, tapestries, and a fair few elven soldiers, armed with muskets and similar ordnance.
But inarguably the most important person in this room was the enormous, golden-skinned dragon - The Golden King of Dwarven, Jlez. Lying upon a (relatively) small pile of treasures, he looked way taller than you, and given that his scales were flashing like golden coins, he must've been long in the tooth. He looks at you and smiles a little, leaning his six-horned head on the five-clawed hand.
"
Well, well, well...So the Harbinger is back again. Welcome, Helchistrasza."
// My writing is still horrible.
