Archery Targets > menu difficulties

hey all I can't seem to find where the archery targets are built. The wiki says it can be built with wood, metal, or stone but I can't find it in any of the workshop menus. I've even tried using the manager to do this. Where are these things built? Thanks in advance!

I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.

They are built directly, like a Support or Trade Depot. Not in a workshop.
