Its been in the OP, and has been for quite some time. I've also have been consistently bugging people to join it for quite some time, since only half of our alliance is registered.

I don't really mind. Rumsod obviously wants to encourage cold-war style politics, and not the current kind of politics that are largely based on what website you come from. I wouldn't be surprised if he genuinely disliked the community as a whole.

I dunno. I think if this boils over into actually having any effect it's just going to be a week of the GGU stomping everyone and then no one else will be allowed to gain power again. Of course, I think Rumsod is GGU isn't he? So maybe that is the outcome he wants.

It's not irrelevant, but it will really hurt big nations to lose wars now. And there are extra benefits in the form of taking half the budget.
