It doesn't seem to graphically show small iterations. For more precision, right click on the bar and inspect element, then in div class progress it'll say width = x%.

I can only view the bars at all in page source, where the number is. Otherwise, they appear completely empty.

Bah. Spent 800k, only made like 5 growth. Even got one negative growth. At least I can recruit tons of soldiers now. Rep still too bad to do factories.

Can't find a nation weak enough with bad rep to attack. Found some westies but they are all ghandi.
