I'd advise everyone to focus a bit more on military. We have decent GDP, but not enough military to protect it. That rogue nations feels like they can attack some of our nations is not a good sign.
Still waiting on my manpower to recover. I don't really want to stress it too much.

To that end, if someone would sell me 10k troops for 700k I'd be grateful. I'll pay you next turn/as soon as I can.

Didn't the rate go up? Anyways, manpower takes forever to increase. I'm willing to do 700k or more for 10k troops.
There is no 'rate' just what you can get. I can afford ~700k. If nobody takes it nobody takes it.

I wouldn't say we attack other alliances, but if you mean random unaligned ones then hell yes.
It happened, like all other alliances.

Also, the price of troops is incredibly high, considering that Great Leap Forward costs 100k, succeed 70%, and you need 5 growth to get 10k (statistically 8 GLP).

Manpower doesn't regenerate fast enough to allow a steady GLP stream though.

I think that given 800k per 10k, the price of troops is fine at like 1.2mil. Of course rich people will pay more for first shot.

If BD can give some requirements I can start promoting people to minister. Although it wouldn't take him more than a few minutes to do it.

God damn all you leaping bastards. I keep being a statistical anomaly with my great leaps forward, failing more then I succeed.

I think we should take such things slowly.

How would he know when people joined? And that is a good chunk of active players for 1000+ GDP.

Nevermind, that's a stupid suggestion. I'll look through potential candidates and possibly promote some people.

To be clear, manpower is the biggest limiter on troops, not growth. You can generate more growth with enough cash.

I can probably sell troops for 1mil per 10k. That covers the leaps and the manpower losses with a bit left over for pushing WW2 tech.
