I want us to stay strictly independent, not relying on any other alliance for aid. I don't want to be one of the many alliances that just attach themselves to the biggest, nearby power and sit by doing whatever the bigger alliance says. Defensive pacts are fine, but any kind of deal where we rely on another alliance is not going to happen.

I fear we're never going to grow substantially without some kind of alliance like that though.

Any Admin can change a usergroup. I think BD is the only other one. But he can appoint or recommend new admins also.

Anyways we can start making a higher level group if BD wants. That would allow different levels of security for different levels of information.

I have created the Minister position that has access to a higher level forum. That may be a little higher than officer, or w/e the commie equivalent is but we don't have enough people to support a ton of ranks so that should be good enough. You appoint whoever you feel qualifies.

So yet another AU nation declared war, this time on me 

He's a bit tougher than I am, with a proper airforce, WW2 equipment, and 4k more soldiers. For reference, he claims to be "defending" the inactive country that Jenkins gave me permission to attack, and he damn well knows that, too. He hasn't attacked yet, but I suspect he will soon. Money for training/planes and troops would be greatly appreciated.
