What GDP is this guy at again? Can we have multiple people declare war on a person? We should probably shell out enough to max training along with any troops we send.

I would send you money, but I just spent it all on finishing chemical weapons and training my 55k guys up to elite. He's got better tech than me and more men, so I'll still need every bit of aid I can get. If you need, I can afford to send mibbles instead of money, or something.

For stats, here's him and here's me.

I want to give Jenkins one more chance to reign this guy in but if he can't then it would be pretty awesome to beat him. Thanks a ton for all the aid, it's good to see a stress test of what we can do when shit hits the fan.

He has a pretty high GDP, you can see in the link. Two people can be at war with him at once- me, fighting a defensive war because he attacked me, and someone else fighting an offensive war. So only one of you guys can attack him, whoever it is will need aid as much as I do probably.
