About 60 home made weapons (which give a slighty better tech bonus). The level from that is about 160.

So the USSR bombed the enemy. Why the hell would I want to reduce the GDP which gives me a % of it as my reward? Fuck you USSR. I much prefer the 5k troops option. Also somehow I killed less troops this time and lost same amount even though I had a better ration. Ah well, maybe the extra aid I get from the longer war will be useful.

Second world war surplus. And you need to buy 40 crates of Lee Enfields to get there. It'll take a while.
