I'm getting there I think, really wish there was some progress bar. A new member, just wondering anyone willing to sell me 10k troops for a specified price?

Just won my second fight. Instant victory. 225GDP. Next I'll get about 112more to hit 337.

Crap, I was messing with the privatize thing. Its a terrible idea. I got back to planned econ with soviet alignment but i'm a chaotic mad dog. Probably have to take a break from combat for a while and hope everyone is too afraid of UBA to attack me.

Privatize is great if you have a lot of money and are able to go below 215 GDP, since you can turn that into foreign aid and turn that foreign aid into more troops. Otherwise, it's probably not worth it.

EDIT: On that note, what exactly is the big difference between mixed economy and planned economy?

The person supporting regenerating health, when asked why you can see when shot in the eye justified it as 'you put on an eyepatch'. When asked what happens when you are then shot in the other eye, he said that you put an eyepatch on that eye. When asked how you'd be able to see, he said that your first eye would have healed by then.

Got to WW2 tech. Still outnumbered two to one by an enemy that also has a larger airforce.

Mixed is Lenin (gotta to make x of y, but extra is yours to sell) while planned is Stalin.

Not really, Mixed is more like anything from Modern China to... well it's a wide spectrum. The difference in practical terms is that it's hard to maintain a mixed economy because anything which has a shift will probably wind you up either planned or free market. Go Planned.

I have managed somehow.

And china isent a really good analog, as its more of "planned but with free areas".

Well, war's over, white peace. Don't attack Trentor please, he's a pretty cool guy (Plus, I'm supposed to try and keep you from destroying him).

Also, people who I owe troops, I'll get them to you as soon as possible. My manpower pool is currently pretty much completely depleted.

Attacked this guy (inactive) of the inactive two-man QWERTY alliance. Surprised nobody else has got to him.

Consider mine a gift, as it's going to take long enough for you to recover manpower, and I don't want to exacerbate it.

So as a chatoic mad dog how many turns must I hold off on war to get to a safe spot again? Finding non ghandi nations is pretty much impossible.

Edit:
Doh...

Sunlight has had UN sanctions imposed upon it due to the supposed ill repute of the current regime, reducing our GDP! These imperialist dogs have no shame...

I have a guy I've looked at as a target
http://bloc.name/stats.php?id=5805
Mentioned it before but pretty sure I'll attack. I think that he's inactive given the awful everything. Is this an accurate guess?

I prefer not to attack anyone with more than 5k troops but at those GDPs maybe that's not easy.
