Agreed, a list like that would be helpful. We would be somewhat reliant on Dear Leader updating it though, but we also have the thread, so that would probably be enough. Knowing who has troops available so you can PM them in game would be great.

I don't understand why more empires to abuse humanitarian aid? Its AMAZINGLY efficient as a method of creating explosive growth. Someone with 1000+ GDP could support a new player getting 20 growth basically every day assuming all new players took the 600k funds boost.

How much does the QOL pick improve compared to a hospital?

Yes, provided they spend some of it. If you reach 1500k, money will stop flowing in, so you can't just leave the game unattended for 24 hours and come back to 2000k in the budget. It gets spent on beer, you see.

I suspect you are. Which is dumb. Even at a 100% interest rate on the lendee the lendee gets a huge bonus from outside cash. And the lender should double their money. Smart players would do well to shell out the big bucks to players who can still use humanitarian aid in order to make our alliance unstoppably wealthy with only a minimal downside.

Assuming I can get to 20mil growth before I pass the limit, something I have about 20 hours to achieve, I will be paying back investors double what they put in. So Glyph is on track for at least 450k or so in a week. Depending on some mathcrafting, I may even raise that rate.

Shit, I'll pay 200% interest. so 300k per 100k inverted assuming I break the 20mil growth goal. Which means I have room for 1million more investment I think.

EDIT: I just had a cunning idea. What if one were to constantly privatize state assets for the 300k, and then use the money for more foreign aid/oil? Could they conceivably increase their GDP growth to absurd levels?

You are going to get rebellions out the wazoo even if its possible, which it really isn't. Privatize nerfs stability.

Spamming aid is still the ideal GDP growth strategy. Its a legitimate pyramid scheme almost. Because there is no cap on GDP, it just spawns out of nothing.
