Previous disagreements I wasn't there for keep being brought up by the channel OP the leader of the Sealion league, and he's pissed due to some Goon related issue. He keeps bringing up a previously talked about issue to derail the discussion, and we're not getting anything done when he does.

EDIT: Okay, talks went from people flinging shit at each other to discussing the actual treaty very quickly. Not sure how it happened, but a majority of the treaty is now done. Here is the W.U.T. treaty in full

Overall I think it'd benefit us and provide us a good way to settle any diplomatic disputes, and as long as the signatory alliances don't get in any drama-induced arguments things should be fine. As the Supreme Leader of this alliance, I'm just going to go ahead and say we're signing it.

Reparations shall be counted as 200k in cash for each million of growth lost, 200k per million GDP lost, and 1000k in cash for each oil well lost.

Under the whole reparations due to a rogue nation. That's fucking insane, seeing as how 1/4 of GDP is lost if the rogue nation somehow won the war. I mean, really... that's, at MINIMUM (110GDP get reset to 95GDP) 3000k cash.. At higher levels, that can turn into a whole. lot. of. money. At 500GDP thats 33000k. 33000k. That's like, two weeks straight for turns. Can we get that clarified?

Well, I assume it's that drastic to both discourage rogue nations and because most alliances are rich. I doubt a rogue nation will come from our alliance, and if it does by then we'll be making enough money to the point it doesn't matter anyways.
