I have updated the OP with Alliance Rules and various gameplay tips. Expect a google document where volunteers towards the GDP growth program can list their interest. Targets of the program will be chosen at random and probably be highly affected by various bribes.

If you guys don't want to enact any kind of government system for our alliance, I will remain the sole leader of The U.B.A. That isn't really a good thing.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

I've tried to discuss peace with him, but no reply yet.

I've hit a slight wall. I can't war anyone without more troops, but more troops would lower my growth and it's already kinda low. I was about to attack someone but Bd attacked them right before I did :(
