Damnit...I feel bad for asking this, because I started this war myself for my own personal gain, but I'm at -3 growth, and because 'my economy can't support further conscription', and I'm kind of in a rut. I'm not asking anyone to send troops or anything, but if there's a way to help out someone's growth, I'd really appreciate it.
