I suggest pay raises as soon as you can. Until then there's not much you can do since you're a filthy capitalist with your free market nonsense. If you stayed true you'd be able to build houses, hospitals and whatnot

War changes seem to be far steeper than blood diamonds. At worst I was at questionable/isolated with bd, and now I'm in red after one war.

Attacking nations with green reputations is kind of a bad idea. It's hard to find people with low reputations at low GDP, but it becomes easier once you get it up more. Just be careful, red reputation can have the U.N. impose sanctions on you (Reducing growth) and if you get to Axis of Evil you'll eventually get reset by the U.N.

I'm pretty sure we can't do that. You can already get banned for abusing the war mechanic, so it'd be a bad idea to abuse it for reputation. Don't do it.
