i thought a little about privatizing fucking everything, building a few hospitals after i hit rock bottom and using the rest of the money to upgrade my military (should get me to ww2 surplus and ~40k elite soldiers, ran the math) then wrecking some serious shit to get back to previous gdp levels

You can only privatize once a turn... so... that's probably a week long plan, if not longer. Plus, as you sell stuff off, you waste a ton of money saving up for certain policies because you are already over your bank limit and aren't generating more cash, but are unable to buy the policy until you privatize again.

Invited everyone who listed their nation, without counting the new people we're at about 40 members. We're getting pretty big, neat.

Regarding Niger, who declared war on Jembot. He stopped his war, but apparently afterwards joined the African Union. He sent me this message, " I'm done I wont attack your alliance again but if I was u be ready the African union is not so happy with u". I'm pretty sure he either just recently joined, or joined to fuck with us. The African Union isn't going to retaliate or anything, because I already posted in their thread detailing the situation.

Meanwhile, everyone's GDP is slowly going up. Most members at this point are at the 150-250 range, which is great. Keep up the invasions to get your GDP up, and ensure your reputation doesn't get too low. If it's low, the BEST way to get it back up is declaring war on a nation with a red reputation. Attacking them and bombing them will actually help you gain reputation, and doing that on a nation brought me from questionable to good. So it's really the best way to gain rep.

Just another small note, but more people should probably become eastern aligned. Just so people get that we're a communist alliance, and whatnot.

Also, you can't declare a war on people more than 200% of your GDP, so nice try.

Five factories allow you to spend 200K on rifles, which is useful if you're non-aligned. If you're east aligned, you can buy M16's for 230K. If you're west aligned, you can buy AK's for 200K. If you can't build a factory, you can buy AK's from the black market for 250K. I don't know any other benefits of factories, but I'm probably about halfway to WW2 surplus so I'll find out sooner or later.
