You can't do that I think because sending troops requires a certain amount of gdp.
Though if you could, the going rate is 700k+ for 10 troops (5k growth). So it'd cost 350k for 10k troops and sell em for 700k or more.

 I don't really have a need of any of my oil right now I guess. Very small nation. Too small for planes. So I would be more then happy to sell you 10 Mbbl. Whatever that stands for.

The important note about my loans as that they are intended to be spent on the amazing "aid" action. Anything else is pretty much a waste. So if you've grown beyond that, the offer no longer applies.

How to apply for a loan?

There's some dispute, but the generally accepted answer is "Million Thousand (Mega) Blue Barrels".

There's generally two reasons given why it's specified as 'blue'-- one is that it was attempt to establish a new standard for barrels, slightly larger to allow for loss in transport so the end yield was 40 gallons, and the other is that it was used to differentiate between different types of oil.

Thing is, the rankings are made up of like, say, a score between 1-100*. Seemingly calm would be, say, 51-61*, so depending on how MUCH it improved, it may not be at the next ranking.

Sent a few hundred thousand ks over, and I'll send another 100k over when I can. Repay it to me (use blood diamonds if needed) starting around next wednesday. You should have benefited enough that you can afford to pay me around 600k in return.

Anyways, after spending your aid money I am at 6mil gdp growth. I assume that after 2 ticks humanitarian aid won't work for me?

Based on my reading of the rule, it would be extremely beneficial to send lower level nations TONS of money because if you spend it all in the first tick your gdp hasn't gone up so its still valid? Or is the cap on growth and not total GDP?

That's right, and that's why you're getting the money. It's part of the UBA's "support starting nations" plan.

You'd be getting quite a bit more if you hadn't chosen to join pretty much immediately after a whole bunch of people got into wars they couldn't handle, I'm sure. >_<
