I sent some troops too. I'm waiting for my reputation and manpower to recover so I don't need them right now. I would like them back when you're done though.

Nah, I'm disarming y'all by this devilishly clever plan. Muahaha.

(I'd assume they'd automatically return once the war ended, though?)

Brasoria has been defeated by our army at the frontlines! We lost 7 thousand soldiers while inflicting 15 thousand casualties. Victory is ours!

Last time was 3k killed, 1k lost. Not bad. Right after, they sued for peace... then bombed me. *sigh* PREPARE FOR GLORIOUS LIBERATION AND ASSIMILATION.

I'll send another 10k after the next rollover, since I assume the war will still be going at that point.

Also, how the hell are they at Ghandi-like? Didn't they declare war on YOU? How come it didn't hit their rep?

SO WEIRD.

Might it be useful if one of us declare war on them and start bombing or something?

Well, looks like the world war may be wrapping up. A lot of the high-powered Yotsuba nations got deleted for cheating and such, so peace will reign supreme soon.

It won't be long now, so no need. All your troops have sent my training quality down to Standard, too, damn. But yeah, they were at Angelic before, but I guess they didn't drop far.

When do you actually win a war?

My wee little war's not going so hot. Definitely could use more troops. I'll martial law a bunch after it's over and pay them back.

The war ends when both accept peace, or one is attacked with less than 5K troops and is immediately defeated.  Never let your troops get that low, ever.

I hope for the change to the troop expedition system soon.  As it is right now the sending nation rounds up it's 10K worst troops, strips them of their weapons and uniforms.  Blindfolds them and shoves them into a bunch of buses, boats, or planes.  The next morning a general on the receiving side finds them out side a base and one of them has a note safety-pinned to their shirt that says "Give us a gun and point us at the enemy".

Receiving troops is great except for the loss in training, basicly

Does receiving troops lower training regardless of the training of the troops when they are sent?

Yep. The training level of the troops does not matter at all, they simply arrive and reduce your training level.

Also it also reduces the training of the sending nation.  Since they will need to recruit more to replace what they sent and will have loss in training level from that.

So, every time some one gets troops from someone else then many thousands of straw-men are sacrificed to fix the training of both sides.

Using some money I got by trading 20K troops, I managed to boost my oil production to 4 mbbls a month, so soon enough I'll be pumping out oil like crazy.

Also, I'll add a player-list to the OP later today. Just give me a bit to update it.

Training Unsullied, are we? :D

I don't mind tossing a few hundred thousand over to help boost our oil production if you could use some.

I can pladge a million to an oil-producing nation to fund the growth of our oil producers, and in turn, my glorious airforce.
