Probably used to be, and got kicked due to inactivity. If they come to me asking why they were attacked (which they won't), I'll just say that he didn't have an alliance listed.

As I stated before, they knock out 1/6th of the enemies GDP. This is a big deal, especially considering you can launch two gas attacks a turn. Although the reputation drop is so severe, you probably wouldn't want to do it more than once. Doesn't really matter though, because if you're getting fucked over you can bring down your attacker with you.

It serves the same purposes as a nuke would in real life, to deter people from attacking you.

You either need 115 GDP, or 15k or more troops to start declaring war.

Hmm... well I have both now, and it's not a problem, but I definitely had more than 15k troops (less, now...) when I got it.

Maybe you just need the first one?

You can declare war on people with a GDP of 200% or 75%,that might be it.

Airforces damage the enemies growth (At meager it's one point per bombing) and use up a mbbl of oil in doing so. They also give a small bonus to infantry attacks, as well as defending/attacking an enemies airforce if they have one.

Thanks, it seems to be more of a neutraliser than additional damage dealer then. I'll probably get one to defend my red sky.
