A strong ally would always be appreciated, regardless of location. Okay this is the LAST exception I'm making regarding alliance location, anyone else probably won't be accepted in if they aren't in Africa, okay? We've hit ten alliance members by the way, so right now we just have to wait a bit for everyone's GDP to start rising to a decent point. I'll personally focus on getting to WW2 surplus, and I may or may not ask for help in reaching that goal since we'll need people with good tech levels.
That'll take a long time. But I probably won't join just yet. Just message Merchantstan if yoou desperately need troops.
I probably won't, I only plan on targeting small nations at this point. I think I'm already ten crates in, so just thirty more to go. So yeah, 3,000K. If I spend my entire current GDP on it everyday, it'll take fifteen days which isn't TOO bad.

If you guys do end up declaring war on people, make sure they're not apart of any alliances or anything. Don't want to get anyone angry enough to notice our small alliance just yet.

I say we find a way to take down other alliances from the inside.

Well, let's say you're going away from Earth on huge spaceship and suddenly shit goes wrong and you have Super Mutants. Social Experiments prepared them for this.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here, we're an alliance where the strongest member has 200 GDP while the rest is 100. If we do end up fighting people, we'll do it the normal way. Declaring war on people, and funding the people involved in the war.

Not fighting, but tricking them. Pay one guy to attack his allies, and you've got WW3 on your hands. And guess who'd come out on top.

Don't use the game, use the players. N00btip-All gamers are human, and many are paranoid. A rumor of instability or a proxy war can make the biggest countries scared. Case in point

While it certainly has been spooky and paranoid at INNAWDS, there is also no internal strife. It's all teamwork baby, considering that almost all alliances are from websites. ( Goons, Reddit, 4Chan ( I myself am in a 4chan alliance, and there is certain friction between the 4chan alliances.) So none of that internal bring down malarkey.

Along with that, doing it is unrealistic. People aren't idiots, and anyone trying to fuck around gets caught fast. This is true of almost any game where there's plenty of politics. All I'm saying is, don't get unrealistic when it comes to what our alliance is going to do. Our top priority is getting everyone to a decent GDP, so they can defend themselves to some extent. We'll figure out what to do from there.

Well, I sold some blood diamonds and went looking for oil - unfortunately, none to be found in Madagascar. Oh well, next on the plate: getting my armed forces something better then spears, bows and the odd musket.

Remember, buying a single crate of Lee Enfield rifles instantly upgrades you to WW1 Surplus. Do it ASAP. If you're a country with Central Planning, use the Hospital decision in the domestic policies. Bumps up your approval and quality of life quite a bit, and it only gets more expensive as your GDP grows.

I also just won my most recent war, my GDP is now around 250. Neato.

I hate how most of the decisions don't show actual numbers. I thought maybe the IMF loan would be worthwhile while under 115GDP, getting 100  at the cost of growth and then spend 75 for humanitarian aid but nope I lost 50k for nothing.
