Just as a note, here's what I've heard from Jenkin's (through someone else). He said he's fully backing the AU attack on MoLAos, and seems has decided it is the AU's job to make him pay for "MoLAoS's antics on the forums". It's apparently not because he's attacking RUKUNU, but because Jenkin's has been wanting to attack him for a while and now that he's not in the UBA he can without worrying about the consequences.

Because he managed to defeat the guy he was attacking, destroying/stealing him of a total of 1800 mbbls of oil, around 220k troops, 4000 GDP, and 5000 sq. km of territory. From what I understand, Sensei decided to do it because he was bored, and now we have to pay the price for what he did.

This is...typical of something awful behavior, I honestly don't feel like writing a large block of text as to how or why this is the case, but I'm 70% certain that even if whatever large reparations that are being asked for is given, they would still declare war in an attempt to "set an example", because to them it would be funnier to make a post about that.
